Ginnade's Progress =WARNING=

For the amusement of its people, and for the ease of the transfer of information, a radio has been set up in the adventurers guild. a bit old in style, but with a new clean finish and great quality. as it's turned on for the first time, the guild members enjoy faint static, and the occasional small news update, and minor quest.

The radio also has a speaker, which allows those in the guild to report to the host of the station specifically, to share with her any information, or quests, which she can then relay back out to everyone else.

After a few days of this, eventually the cute female voice pipes up to give a more thorough report.

Ginnade, the recently escaped God of Change, has been using her influence to spread corruption across the entire world.
Her slow, and gradual infestation, has otherwise been a nuisance rather than an immediate problem. though there are shifts in the balance that should be taken note of.

-Most Islands are still safe, provided their respective Diamond Leaf tree stays standing, but some islands have opted to tear theirs down, and seal them with runes carved into the bark. accepting the corruption and the powers and changes it can give.

-Followers have appeared among the NPCs, in small groups, but nothing major. they currently hold no power, and have taken no action, save for an extremist who recently attempted to hack the Diamond Leaf tree down, in Lescove.

-There have been some reports of even Citizens, thats, with a capital C, who have been seemingly interacting with the goddess, and experiencing clear signs of corruption.

-Some people have been reported to have taken advantage of corruption, in order to gain new abilities. with the most common case of this, being the appearance of the Knotilus species, who have granted some folks the ability to breathe underwater.

-lastly, there have been no clear reports of a location of the Goddess, which to some, is a relief, and to others, worrisome. as we have no idea what she's planning next. While the Gods have always stayed out of these matters, it's even MORE worrisome, to receive no reports of the Citizens taking any action... Some say this is good news, stating that it means Ginnade is not a problem, but others think theyre just being lazy, or have stopped caring about our world, since...most of them came from somewhere else.

I personally don't know what to believe, but I have to assume the Citizens will take action if needed.

Hello folks um...pardon the haste in my voice but It would seem that Ginnade has begun to make a move, and we wanted to report on this as swiftly as possible!

Some NPC's have been sighted, bearing faintly glowing eyes, in shades of red, pink, and purple. showing incredibly high levels of corruption. Folks who go near them can feel the energy seeping out and trying to spread.

All of the NPC's who have been approached to question about their corruption and eyes, have all responded the same way...with surpsie, fear, or disbelief.
Even when shown another with glowing eyes....they claim to see nothing.

if this is all true, these corrupted NPC's cannot actually detect, or see, the signs of corruption within themselves, or in others. and they continue doing as they always do, while gradually spreading corruption WITHIN the city.

Like many of the things Ginnade has done up until now, this is something that can be ignored, but if we let this go on, we may lose our cities as well.
