The Genie can be spoken to, and interacted with, so long as the user owns the lamp, but when the wishes are made, the lamp disappears, ready to be found again.

   Bondage Bon-Bon - A candy that when eaten, will allow the user to summon restraints capable of binding anyone, with no escape. until the next Blue Moment. the restraints will disappear at the end. target must be within sight, and within 10 feet to bind them.
